The Rules

1. Dinner + 1 drink/person total bill with tax must come out to $20/person or less.
2. Tip is not included, but bonus points if the bill + tax + tip is $20/person or less.
3. You must be able to generally order from the majority of the menu and stay under $20.
4. Happy hours, bar food, food carts all permitted.
5. Clean undies appreciated.
